Derren Brown and the Lottery - again!
Having looked at the footage over and over, there is a change in the left hand side of the screen before Derren says '35' as he is reading out the numbers before he moves over to the balls. I am now convinced the left hand side of the screen was frozen for someone to change the balls without being seen.
